People say =E2=80=9Cfind this ex= plicitly stated in the manifesto=E2=80=9D. That feels like a difficult way= of thinking about Agile. Obviously the principle stated below makes it cl= ear that ideally we want people to have face to face communication, which i= s exceptionally difficult when distributed around the world. So does that = mean if you are on a distributed team you can=E2=80=99t be agile? I don=E2= =80=99t think so. I think it is showing that it will be much more difficul= t to be agile in those circumstances. Are you =E2=80=9Cdoing agile wrong=E2=80=9D if you have a distributed team?= Of course not. But you are choosing to make a compromise that will requi= re you to find a way to be more agile without co-located teams.
