There's no doubt that many organizations operate in a ways that reduces=20
their agility. I find that the systemic interactions vary from=20
organization to organization, and that changing these interactions=20
requires study of that particular organization to find the feedback=20
loops that maintain the status quo. Handing them these diagrams and=20
saying "work this way" won't help them for a variety of reasons.
