Ken Schwaber used to stand outside the door of the team room while the team=
 did their Daily Scrum.  I remember Tom Mellor saying he=E2=80=99d (pretend=
 to) take a nap under the table while they did it.  Current Scrum Guide say=
s the Scrum Master facilitates meetings =E2=80=9Cas requested or needed.=E2=
=80=9D=20=20

Daily Scrum is an opportunity for the team to plan their day together.  It =
has never been taught to me as a status meeting with minutes, and I=E2=80=
=99m alarmed that something we coaches and trainers may still be conveying =
the misconception that it is.  Note that the three questions are also deemp=
hasized in the current Scrum Guide, and listed only as examples.

No opinion about the bot.  It might do a better job than some Scrum Masters=
 are doing.
