I think this is closer to what I was talking about. The current 
bottleneck is "everything goes through 30 days special test at the 
end." If they could identify requirements that could get by on 7 days 
testing, they could put those on a special, shorter path.

It would be nice if that path would "flow." It would be better if the 
whole thing would.
