I didn't think of it as expediting so much as "let's get flow on this 
part of the stream." That is, I thought of it as a separate assembly 
line rather than bumping up priorities on pieces as they go through 
the main line. (Hmm.. how could I tell the difference?)

I agree lowering SIP overall would be the better for them.
