Hiall, Frank Westphal pointed me to this group. I like the draft very much, especially the "personal" SIP. I'll try to come up with some SIP measures of our current projects - big ones and small ones. It appears to me that lowering SIP cannot only be achieved by delivering early, but also by specifying late. Can I bring it to zero by omitting specification at all? (I guess I misunderstood the concept as I remember projects that would acutally have a negative number, then. :-)) Concerning the issue of distribution and rollout costs I had a short conversation with Pete McBreen following up some claims he make in "Questioning XP". Maybe the quoted mail is helpful for some of you. > -----Original Message----- > From: Dierk Koenig [mailto:[email protected]] > Sent: Mittwoch, 11.
