Terminology is critical.

Cycle time is measured, takt time is calculated.  Takt time is not a
"physically real" passage of time.

Do you want to retract your explanation and re-present it with the
correct terminology?  Perhaps your attempt at an explanation will make
more sense that way?

Also, could you use the word "character" from your phrase "character
as expression" in a sentence using layperson terms?  Your usage of the
word makes no sense to me given the lack of necessary context in which
you present the phrase, so it's proving to be a hurdle in my
understanding of your jibberish.
