He=E2=80=99s fairly receptive to the idea of TDD, less interested in the r= efactoring part. He doesn=E2=80=99t like reading either. The way we work usually is that he explains some functional requirement an= d I create a library =E2=80=93 nicely TDD=E2=80=99d of course. He=E2=80=99s dabbled with TDD but usually he=E2=80=99ll just jump straight= into code. =20 To be fair, he works at the visual interface end, the UX.
