[TFUI] Requirement for CTS

Hi,
 
The following requirement is for CTS,
 
Currently have openings for QA - Lead / Asst.Manager - Quality.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in any of the following
- Capable of leading the team.
- Developing & writing procedures in a software organization. Should have knowledge of CMM/CMMI/ISO and software engineering principles
- Metrics analysis for software and non software functions. Ability to capture, organize, analyze and recognize patterns in data/information using appropriate QC tools. Knowledge of QPM.
- Experience in project management. Deployment of process framework across software teams.
- Software process assessment. Experience in CBA-IPI / SCAMPI background CMM assessment processes.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Engineering / Science Graduate
 
Configuration Manager or Sr. Engineer
 
- Should have preferably worked on build & release management.
- Should have exposure on Java Jbuilder/Eclipse Builds, ASP.Net GUI Developer, Install Shield / MSI Packages
- This is for a managerial position.
