Even the most advanced editors out there fail my checklists. When you edit, one button should invoke the tests. <Ctrl+Shift+F5> is a key-claw, not a keystroke. Then, when a test fails, the editor should provide One Keystroke to navigate to the first failing assertion. My unit tester gratifies this by halting on that assertion with a breakpoint. Contrast this to editors that fail many tests, then show you the bottom of the list, if at all, and not the top. When configured to break at a failing test, my system gets it into your face as early as possible, with both the expressions and values of failing parameters printed in the Output tab.
