FIT is known as the Framework for Integrated Tests. FITnesse is FIT in 
Wiki form. The basic concept is that you can develop integration tests 
in a Wiki and it will run the tests against your code.

The "official" site for FIT is http://fit.c2.com/. You'd probably want:

http://fit.c2.com/wiki.cgi?IntroductionToFit

And, as I mentioned, FITnesse allows you to write the tests in a Wiki 
format instead of having to author individual HTML files.

The Fitnesse list is just the Yahoo Group for Fitnesse communications. 
Currenty the FIT server, written in Java, can hook into a variety of 
languages to actually run the tests. They are working on a port so that 
the FIT server itself is in .NET.
