The goal is make tests as easy as possible to write. If you must mail
me an excel spreadsheet, and I change it and mail it back, and I must
await the test results, then we impair feedback. So if we dig into VBA
and build a system to make these excel spreadsheets reach out to a
test server as you change them, then we have reinvented the
infrastructure that the web provides.
