I respectfully disagree.  I don't have the chapter in front of me, so
I'm operating strictly off the quote here, but what it suggests to me
is Fake It Til You Make It, and I think that's a powerful concept to
have in the toolkit - one not suggested by "quickly".  Put the code in
place to get past this test to get you in shape for refactoring and
the next test, so you can stay green, even knowing that the code you
write is just throwaway scaffolding.
