I think one project that branches by language is the best approach.
That way we can share acceptance tests, documentation, etc.

I'd be happy to help you get the SourceForge site up and running.  I'm
not an expert on SourceForge, but I've been hosting another project
(NUnitAsp) there for over a year and know my way around.  SourceForge
can be a bit idiosyncratic.  :)
