Hello Magnus,

Please do not change qtgui back to the 2.x API.
As most people that use PyQt do it on Linux, there
is no reason to hold back the API (especially
considering that there are MANY TK's for Win32).
Version 3.x integrates very nicely into the KDE
theme engine, and if we change that back to 2.x,
I will have to install those libs (which is a pain
'cause I am using gentoo).

Thanks,
Dallas
