Sounds reasonable. I'm using Qt on Windows myself, but Tkinter will
(nearly) always be available there, so... And I guess 3.x will appear
there too, eventually.

It _might_ be possible to make a fallback or something, but it's not a
big deal. It just means that I can't test qtgui at home (where I have
only Windows XP, and where I currently do what little Anygui
development I have time for).
