You should consider that I can
a) understand the point you are trying to convey
   and partially agree
b) assume you know what you're talking about
c) nevertheless find your arguments and argument style arrogant and incompetent
sounding
d) find c annoying
e) prefer people who are also able to point out trade-offs, minor flaws, warts,
current limitations, potential just perceived flaws,
brittle aspects of they favorite technology

a-e) are not mutually exclusive.
