ListBox, Button, and TextField now alive in javagui

Now that I've finally got that paper I was working on out the door, I
have some time (at least today ;) before jumping on my next project,
so I've sat down and done some coding on javagui. (Noone else
volunteered, so... <wink>)

I must say it seems that the new architecture is
backend-writing-friendly, and that is a good thing. Getting ListBox,
Button, and TextField working wasn't hard. (I had to override
javagui.Wrapper.create, though, since the default didn't seem to do
its work properly -- that should be examined more closely). I'll try
to get the rest of the Wrappers up and running ASAP. Shouldn't be too
hard.

How are the other back-ends doing?
