Hello all, I've recently created a fork of the Biopython repository under my employer's new GitHub organisation account: https://github.com/huttonics/biopython This will have no impact on how Biopython is run, and will only be used as a read-only mirror as part of a plan to highlighting the software development work ongoing at the James Hutton Institute. If anyone is interested, I've got a cron job to automatically keep this fork's master branch up to date (something that GitHub doesn't seem to offer to do automatically yet): http://blastedbio.blogspot.co.uk/2016/05/sync-github-mirror-with-cron.html Regards, Peter -- Dr. Peter Cock, Bioinformatician at The James Hutton Institute; Open Bioinformatics Foundation, board of directors, secretary; Co-chair for BOSC 2016.
