BOSC 2016 final Biopython abstract

Hi everyone,

please find attached the revised BOSC 2016 abstract I intend to upload
to the conference system tomorrow.

Please especially check whether your name and affiliation are correct
and let me know in case you have any late-breaking changes.

The abstract mentions the Bio.phenotype module which, while not in
master yet, looks like it will be merged very soon (famous last words :-P).
