I nearly merged Bio.phenotype last week but ran into a unit test failure which needs to be sorted out first (probably scipy version specific). Also there will be a few surprises in preparing this release as it will be the first since we've moved to the new GitHub Pages hosting for the website. I think it would be worth mentioning for BOSC talk/abstract that the website is now on GitHub Pages under git version control, in place of MediaWiki. Peter
