Apologies that we still don't have Biopython 1.67 out.

I nearly merged Bio.phenotype last week but ran into a unit test failure
which needs to be sorted out first (probably scipy version specific).

Also there will be a few surprises in preparing this release as it will be
the first since we've moved to the new GitHub Pages hosting for the
website.

I think it would be worth mentioning for BOSC talk/abstract that the
website is now on GitHub Pages under git version control, in place
of MediaWiki.
