Dear NCBI NLM Catalog E-Utilities Users,

We will be updating the NLM Catalog E-Utilities DTD in mid-July, 2017
(anticipated July 18th).  The forthcoming DTD is now available:

https://www.nlm.nih.gov/databases/dtd/nlmcatalogrecordset_170601.dtd

We have added the URI attribute to MeshHeading to accommodate MeSH RDF
URIs. Please see the Technical Bulletin article:
https://www.nlm.nih.gov/pubs/techbull/ma17/ma17_adding_uris_mesh_2_nlm_catalog.html

This mid-year 2017 DTD is backward compatible with
nlmcatalogrecordset_170101.dtd.
