[Biopython] pip install biopython in ubuntu at windows

Hey there, good night/day/afternoon. can someone help me? im having problems installing biopython using ubuntu at windows. when i use pip install it goes to AppData/Local/Packages/CanonicalGroupLimited.UbuntuonWindows_79rhkp1fndgsc/LocalState/rootfs/home/trancoso/.local/lib/python2.7/site-packages but i installed python 3.7 at C:/Users/fernanda/AppData/Local/Programs/Python/Python37 and i dont have access to /rootfs/ i searched for similar problems but couldnt find answers for it. thanks! -- Fernanda Fontes Trancoso Aluna de Graduação em Ciências Biológicas na UFMG +55 (31) 9156-6485 _______________________________________________ Biopython mailing list - [email protected] http://mailman.open-bio.org/mailman/listinfo/biopython
