buildout issues since 2.4.1 release

Hi

I have a buildout for our main products which have failed since the new
2.4.1 release.

Doing a simple easy_install for cheetah now also fails:

icottee@beast:~/projects/rug2$ sudo easy_install Cheetah

Others have seen similar issues - see the python mailing list ... e.g.

Is this problem known or something I need to compensate for ?
