installing questions

Hi all, I needed to install cheetah so I could run Mail Trends. I am
new to python is general and am currently learning it. I haven't the
slightest clue as to installing cheetah as described in the website.
My environment variables are set correctly for python 3.1.1. I Can
someone kindly explain how I should install cheetah? Anywhere I should
go to read on this? I tried the python FAQs on modules and it didn't
help. I am on windows XP
