Re: HMAC_SHA1 does not match test vectors

oops ignore that last message,  the HMAC_SHA1 should be:

effcdf6ae5eb2fa2d27416d5f184df9c259a7c79

for the example I gave.  The problem was in the document that I am reviewing.
