psycopg 1.0.13 is available from:

	http://initd.org/software/initd/psycopg

it fixes all know problems apart from time intervals (still working on
it.) it also includes two new IntergityErrors (on NULL insertion and on
"referential integrity violation").

please continue to submit your preferred mapping from postgres errors to
DBAPI-2.0 exceptions.
