psycopg 1.1 has been released and it is available from:

	http://initd.org/pub/software/psycopg/psycopg-1.1.tar.gz

it is almost identical to 1.0.13, apart from the COPY TO/COPY FROM
addition. if some people try it and report no problems, it will become
the next stable psycopg and the 1.0.x branch will be closed, continuing
bugfixing on the 1.1.x branch.
