psycopg 1.1.10, the "I've never been so late" release si available from
the usual place (http://initd.org/software/initd/psycopg) or directly
from:

    http://initd.org/pub/software/psycopg/psycopg-1.1.10.tar.gz

The only change is a fix for the memory leak reported by Olaf Ferger and
patched by Chris Douty.
