Let's unset PSYCOPG_DISPLAY_SIZE for a couple of releases before
removing the code entirely. I was able to maintain psycopg2 almost
compatible with programs written when 1.5 was the mainline Python and I
don't like to break APIs without giving the users some months to check
if everything still works.
