I agree. We can have a maintenance release to just clean up the code and
fix some bugs (like that memory leak I reintroduced to avoid a
segfault). Also the BSD people reported a regression from 2.0.7 to 2.0.8
that is proving hard to track.

Right now we can depend on Python 2.4 and libpq 8.1.x. I suppose that
people using Pythons older than that will have no problems using psycopg
2.0.6.
