The original txt file has 800.000 lines. I reduce it to 150 lines that 
replicate the problem. I send you the file by private mail.

Note:
I update to 'psycopg2-2.0.13.win32-py2.5-pg8.4.1-release.exe' from 
stickpeople page and the problem persist.
