Attribute error time

Hye,

Here is a very simple py file:

What's going on.

I am on Debian etch(=3Dtesting) and my pypgsql version is:
python-pgsql:
   Install=E9 : 2.5.1-2
   Candidat : 2.5.1-2
  Table de version :
  *** 2.5.1-2 0

And: python-egenix-mxdatetime
python-egenix-mxdatetime:
   Install=E9 : 2.0.6-4
   Candidat : 2.0.6-4
  Table de version :
  *** 2.0.6-4 0
