Support for Python 2.3 beta under windows...

Is there (or will there soon be) a build available for Python 2.3 win32? I'd really like to use pypgsql 
for my app but, unfortunately, I required the "https" connectivity that isn't available in the 2.2 
release. When I tried to install the binary for Python 2.2, it just complained that it couldn't detect my 
2.2 install (rightfully so) but wouldn't let me force it to goto my 2.3 install.
