[f2py] New user of f2py

Hello,

I'm a new user of f2py and have a basic question before I dive into it.

I want to run the 6s atmospheric correction code using Python (
http://6s.ltdri.org/).  Right now I used the subprocess file to call a .exe
file compiled from the 6s Fortran code.  I call this file many, many times.
 Basically I am wondering it it would be faster to use f2py.  Does anybody
know if that would be the case?
