I don't know the answer directly; i sm not sure anyone can answer as the sol=
ution likely depends on the % of effort required for f2py overhead to call t=
he program vs the % of effort to execute the 6s code.=20

Also, the type and size/extent of arguments (if any) may slow down f2py.  I s=
uggest the best way to know is to write a small script to call the .exe 'N' t=
imes and do the same for f2py. =20
