Fwd: [Oscon] Brochure track descriptions - need Python 12 description

Apologies, as I should have sent this out yesterday. I'm not thrilled 
with the Python 12 track description below so alternatives would be 
appreciated. The description does need to be short and can use some 
elements of the one below, but I do need it ASAP.
