The link in your email came through with a hostname of just
"confluence". I'm ready to believe that that works on your network,
but that won't work from here. If you can give us a link that will
work from off your network and maybe a minimal example of the code
you have that demonstrates the problem, I'll be glad to see if I can
help you figure out what's going wrong.
