Shut down email-sig mailing list?

I propose we shut this mailing list down, keeping the archives of course.
Until September of this year, there were no postings to the list since 2=
017. In that time discuss.python.org has effectively taken over as the =
hub for discussing all things Python, so I think it makes sense to just =
move any future discussions over there.
Please let me know if you have any objections (you don=E2=80=99t have to=
reply to the list). Unless there=E2=80=99s a compelling reason to keep=
this list around, I=E2=80=99ll ask the postmasters to retire it in a we=
ek-ish.
