There are several CI jobs for 32-bit platforms, including Pyodide (for
which we also release nightly wheels) and armhf. Also, distros like Debian
need support for several 32-bit platforms. We're not dropping any
source-level support here.

I seem to remember him saying, quite a few years ago, that 32-bit<br>
Windows was in practice only important for Windows ARM users running<br>
