Sorry, am off working on paying work this week.  You should be able to 
use the instructions in the tutorial, but I've only tested them under 
compiler-bearing platforms (i.e. Linux).  Win32/64 support is likely to 
happen relatively soon, as I can now build packages there, but it will 
likely be next week before I sit down and run through all of the 
sub-projects to produce binary installers.

There's also a requirements.txt in the OpenGLContext package for use 
with PIP.  The primary documentation is still awaiting a refresh, as well.
