small change for better help2man support

Greg,

I'm wondering if you'd consider changing optparse to title case the 
"usage" and "options" headings.  This change will more closely match 
common help output of GNU commands and let the help2man utility 
recognize these sections.  In any case (oops), I noticed that 
IndentedHelpFormatter and TitledHelpFormatter have inconsistent case for 
the "usage" heading.
