Gee, you're right. GNU tar, cp, ls, and find all say "Usage:" rather
than "usage:". I guess my predilection for lowercase blinded me to that
rather obvious fact.
They don't seem to have a simple "Options:" header like Optik-generated
help does, but consistency would dictate title case there too.
Feel free to supply a patch, but don't forget to update the tests and
documentation too. Otherwise, I'll try to do it, but I need to work on
the docs and integrating Optik 1.5 into Python 2.4 first.
