PyPy v7.3.22 is out

I have released v7.3.22 of PyPy, including pytohn2.7 and 3.11 interpreters. In addition to a critical JIT bugfix, this release brings a lot of behind-the-scenes fixes to stdlib test failures for 3.11. I started using claude-code and together we solved all but 2 of the failures on linux64. Those two will have to wait for the py_buffer_prototype and exceptiontable branches. Also, if you haven't looked at speed.pypy.org, I gave it a facelift and modernized the charting/graphing libraries.
