Hi everyone, I've created another RFC issue, gh-19499 <https://github.com/scipy/scipy/issues/19499>, to discuss the possibility of offering a private and unadvertised scipy.special._get_include for header files for special function compiled kernels written in NVCC compatible C++. In https://github.com/scipy/scipy/issues/19404 there were concerns about the maintenance burden of SciPy supplying such headers, but I think it would be helpful at least to supply them privately with no promises of stability in order to facilitate downstream experimentation. Please let me know if you have an opinion on this.
