cvs.sourceforge.net down

As most of you prolly know, annonymous CVS on sourceforge.net is
offline, so there will be no new snakefarm builds until it gets back
online.

Meanwhile, the implementation of newstyle mail and web reporting is
now in testing, and will prolly appear when sf cvs gets back online.
This includes testing of third party modules. Currently, the following
modules are tested:

  Twisted
