Updated build system

The snake-farm is now updated to new-style logging and has a few
external modules added to the test suite. The web page and daily mails
now look slighty different. Better or worse? You make your voice
heard. Among others, the status web pages are now at:

  http://www.lysator.liu.se/xenofarm/python/latest.html
  http://www.lysator.liu.se/xenofarm/python-stable/latest.html

There are some things left to do (except for fixing all the bugs not
yet found):

 * The web page needs links to the various files, not just to the
   right dir.
 * The external modules are only tested with the development branch.
 * Update website with new info.
 * The summary dots to the left should be red if any of the involved
   tasks fail.
