[spe-users] Paypal donation language

Hello,

I really like SPE and want to make a small donation as a happy user :)

I've noticed that the Paypal page seems to be set to this language which
sounds Klingon to me ( I have an English OS/Browser):

"PayPal verwerkt op veilige wijze betalingen voor uw handelaar, Stani
Michiels. Voer hieronder de vereiste informatie in om door te gaan. Meer
weten <https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr#> over PayPal?"

Maybe something you can set to have it in English (or localised)  ? Maybe
it's on  my side  but I never  had anything like that before.
