how do i display a certain screen if a certain user has logged in?

Hello again,
Sorry for all the questions. Its been a while since I have done any real 
programming and my brain is rather slow in getting into the right gear. 
I have one more question for the moment (I promise I will try not to ask 
so many!!) how do I display a certain screen for certain users? Do I do 
this in the spyceconf.py file in the validator or in the .spy page or 
somewhere else? I am aware I need to access the username and utilise an 
if elif structure of the sort.... if this user then display this and if 
this user display this but I am not sure where I am supposed to put this 
code nor the best way to specify what to display.
