login tokens

Hello again, I have another question about login tokens. After finally working out how to get the login form to show and creating a validator that I think works. I am getting an error message to do with the .lock file not being found or being existent. Is file necessary and what if anything needs to be done to create these files and essentially get rid of this error message. As always I am grateful for any and all help given. Thanks in advance.
